HERE is a whole list of videos for how to light the pilot light. Since there are so many different models of oven there are many videos but the process is basically the same and safe.

I had this same issue on this same model (which is how I happened upon this page). I'm still not exactly sure why, but the problem resolved when I pushed down on the knob more firmly than I normally would to light the stove, and it seemed to slide in a little deeper. After that, the oven would light.

That unit is no longer made and there are no parts in the USA or the EU

No! and neither does anyone else it appears. That unit is discontinued.

The gap between the burner and the spark tip may be obstructed. When I clean mine none of them work until they all dry completely.
