Stove shuts off unless kept at 400
Sounds like the capillary tube is out of its holder where the oven starts the lite up with the there's a click click click sound before it lights ignition spark at this point where it clicks there is a tube on the end of a like copper or aluminum solid wire in a snap in holder if its out put it back if its dirty clean it shiney this controls the gas from the oven temperature control just like a thermocouple same thing. This is your problem or someone has adjusted to oven thermostat out of whack. this is all it cam be.I have also provided you with an owner manual for it in the link below. I can't get one of my burners to light on my ge
Electric gas igniters sometimes get stuck in one position causing a clicking sound. The clicking sound that you hear is the electric arc that is pulsing from the igniter conductor (wire) to ground (the gas burner). It receives power from the electrical outlet that the stove is plugged into.
Residue from food and sometimes cleaning products may be preventing the igniter from producing a spark (Arc) to the base of the burner. This is a common problem that occurs when the stove has been cleaned or food is allowed to build up. Make sure that the igniter and the burner base are clean and dry. This will help with proper operation. Oven cleaner and a small tooth brush may be used to accomplish this. Another problem with ignition may occur if you have too little (touching) or too much space between the igniter and the base of the burner; it will prevent the burner from igniting. You should only have a little more space than the thickness of a nickel between the burner base and the igniter. A good “blue” arc from the igniter to the burner base is optimal. If this doesn’t work, you may need to replace the electric igniter module. Good luck.

Avanti G2002CW oven or broiler won't stay lit once ignited
I had this same issue on this same model (which is how I happened upon this page). I'm still not exactly sure why, but the problem resolved when I pushed down on the knob more firmly than I normally would to light the stove, and it seemed to slide in a little deeper. After that, the oven would light.

The gap between the burner and the spark tip may be obstructed. When I clean mine none of them work until they all dry completely.
