How do i set the time
The time setting is a system manager function on the maintenance console. This is not an end-user function. Sorry. Contact your system support person for assistance. Hope this helps.
How do you retrieve a voicemail message that has been deleted?
Unless your voicemail system has a "wastebasket" feature, you cannot retrieve an accidentally deleted message. It's gone. Not many VM systems have this feature. Cisco does, but Mitel low-end (embedded) models do not. The high-end Mitel NuPoint systems do. Older Avaya/Octel systems also do not. Contact your Voice Mail System Manager to find out what features your system has and how to access them. I've been away from this product for several years so features may also have changed. Hope this helps.
Express messenger number of rings
This is a "Class Of Service" function. The out-ot-box default setting is generally 3 rings. However, different extensions can be set to each forward to VM after differing number of rings, but each phone will need to be assigned its own specific Class Of Service and the Call forward timers defined accordingly in those classes of service. Normally your system manager will define several classes of service with different forward-no-answer timers then assign those COS to people who request specific call forward timing. The default is usually 3 rings. Hope this helps
One station is not ringing on night ring 1 setting
Night 1 will direct the calls to a predetermined hunt group. The extension not ringing is most likely missing from the hunt group. To correct this will require a programming change. This change needs to be made by your administrator or phone vendor that takes care of your phone system.
Day/Night Superkey Settings
The title is not changeable, but you can use the Night2 as your lunch setting. Without knowing what type of system you have or type of voice mail auto attendant, your best bet is to call your vendor to get the information on how to change the recording used in Night2 setting. Where Night2 calls are directed will have an impact on it also.

I cant setup the caller
This is a system wide setting, not just your phone. Your vendor will need to be involved to make this work, provided that the information is being presented by the incoming lines. If you aren't getting the information, you will not be able to see it.
Call history on the other hand, might not be available on your phone... this depends on the type of phone system you have.

How do you edit the night answer message on mitel
Either your on-Site system administrator, or your vendor will have to
make the change. This is a system wide setting, not just your phone. If you are the system admin, then your vendor should be able to help you out with this setup.

Sync massage displayed on the
This phone is a digital phone and requires connection to a digital
system commonly called a "key system". If you have removed it from
where it was connected and tried to use it at home or somewhere else it
will not work. Most home or normal phone jacks are connected to your
local provider directly and is what is called an analog system. The 2
are NOT compatable without an interface device. If it is connected to a
key system then thier is a problem with the port on the Mitel keysystem
that goes to the jack you are plugging the phone into and you will need
a technician to fix/rewire this onsite. Hope this helps you. A manual
for your phone can be gotton here:
