My mitsubishi wd60735 turns on for ten second and than shuts off and bothe a red and green light flash
As I've said in other posts, flat panel tvs that come from china have cheap capacitors in them that eventually break. Usually in the power supply area, where a reference ic monitors a voltage. And if and when a capacitor fails, and the voltage drops below the ic's reference point, it will not turn on the television. Fix is to replace ps Capacitors with exact values. Boards are modular, so you shoud be able to unplug and replace capacitors on ps board. Of course, be careful with connectors. It's only in the ps area of most flat panel tv's where these main capacitors break (or dry up).
