check to make sure imaging solutions studio suite is trying to print to your printer, sometimes software will select wrong printer

You may have to change your WI Fi password to remove the ! and change it to a number instead. If you do this, however, every phone, PC etc that uses the wifi will also have to have its password changed otherwise it wont connect as it will look for the old password.
