I located my instruction manual for this carseat. It instructed me to turn the carseat over & located on the bottom are two metal brackets that lock the seatbelt harness. You just have to detach each metal bracket & pull through the bottom slots of the carseat, readjust each seatbelt to whatever level is necessary & push back through the bottom of the seat to lock securely. Thanks anyway for your help!

Best bet is to go down to your nearest firestation or policce station and have them put it in and show you exactly how it is done. They have someone on staff that does that and you wont ever have to worry about if you did it right.
