Wheels for an evenflo stroller
check the label on the back of seat and find model and date.
My Evenflo Aura( same as on the picture above) was model #

I need the 2 back wheels for our stroller
There is a company called Buggy Pit stop which valets as well as repairs pushchairs. I used them when i gave my old dusty broken pushchair to my sister. I had it repaired and valetted by them. They did a great job and they were not that expensive either.Hope this helps. Their number is 020 8861 0038.

Want to change the carseat
most of the car seat covers do have jip or under tied knots under the seats please do check in there and you can remove it for wash or change. check out for different seat covers in local dealers shop hope you will fine the best maching(color and texture) there. all d best.

THE WHEELS FELL OFF
Maybe you could politely request the buyer of this gift if they have the receipt. Tell them that you appreciate the great gift, but it is faulty and you would need to know where they purchased/obtain a receipt so you can exchange it. Just don't tell them you plan to get a different model altogether! ;) If that doesn;t work out, I suppose the only other option is to contact Evenflo support at 1-800-233-5921. :)

Stroller
I own two of these strollers- but can't remember what side! haha.. anyways- I think the 'locking mechanisim" is on the right side. On mine- it's a big red "clip".. when the stroller is closed it will be located between two of the metal posts--- when you find it- all you need to do is press down on the side with the grooves- and it will spring the other side up off the clip and as you are holding it- you should be able to open the stroller enough that you can just grab the hand rails and pull it open and everything will 'snap' into place and you're off! Button to lay evenflo stroller down
I own two evenflo strollers- from the pictures I believe it's the same exact stroller. Mine don't have "buttons" to lay down the seat.. instead they have a "cord" like a belt in the back towards the top- you can let some out to lay the seat down- or else pull it tight and it will 'raise' the seat to a sitting position! The 'belt/rope" for adjusting has a D-ring on the end of it- so look for that towards the top center in the back (under the handle bar).
