a few things cause this error.
If the drain pump is running and the water does not empty on spin but
recirculates through the machine, then there is a problem with the
diverter valve. If the pumjp is not running but hums, then it is jammed.
If the diverter valve has to be replaced, often the computer also needs
replacing as it often gets damaged by the faulty diverter valve wax
motor.
Error code 37 is pump blocked. Sound you hear is pump trying to turn.
Pump is located under front right hand corner of bowl. Empty as much
water out by hand then tip machine back against wall. Sometimes just
spinning the pump fan by hand a few times will dislodge the blockage and
you will feel it come free. Then stand machine up & advance to
final spin & press start. If pump is still blocked then it will have
to be removed for cleaning.
You can also try putting it in spin mode to get it started to help remove the blockage.

Water runs continuously tub never fills
where is water draining into? have u got grey water hose attached to it?make sure u can see end of drain hose, put into bucket at lid level, if it still drains as it fills u have a faulty control module.please reply for more help
No power,not lighting up when start button pushed.
is machine lighting up when power point is turned on ?if it isnt then control module is faulty. if it is and your power or start button dont work could b faulty keypad or faulty lid switch.please reply if u need more help
Makes a horrible noise when it is draining
Either something stuck in the pump or the pump bearings need lubricating. It is easy to remove buy tipping the machine back at 45 degrees, the pump is under right front and is removed by turning anticlockwise.

52. (00110100) Diverter Top-up Fault
More than 6 attempts have been made to top-up the water level in the bowl. This then
signifies the valve has not closed and is diverting to drain, or the top-up was not increasing
quickly enough, suggesting the valve has a blockage and is also draining.
Primary Source: Diverter valve.
Action: Remove the diverter valve and check for blockages as well as
checking that the hinge mechanism on the valve hasn’t broken.
Remove the hinge from the solenoid and check that the flap is free to
move.
Secondary Source: Wax solenoid
Action: Check the resistance of the wax solenoid. Also look for corrosion
(greenish deposit) on the terminals. Resistance range will be
between 0.7kω and 2.5kω. Resistance will depend on ambient
temperature and when the valve was last actuated. Anything outside
of these resistances and the valve should be automatically replaced.
Tub is crooked
sounds like 1 suspension rod is broken . undo 2 screws at front under lid to lift top hob up. do not lift it too high.look at which side is lower to see if suspension rod is faulty. if suspension rod is faulty replace it. please reply if u need more help. turn power off b4 u work on it dont want any accidents. good luck
The power does not come on my fisher and paykall
if the display doesnt light up when u turn on power 2 unit it is one of 3 things, 1st/ no power at power point check with hair dryer or toaster, 2/ drain pump open circult. 3/ motor controller is faulty. hopefully it is the 1st option.please reply 4 more help
The filter does not filter
Filtering is performed by the perforations in the inner drum, which allow lint to exit but not re-enter. There is nothing that requires cleaning.
Have a Fisher abd Paykel smartdrive excellance 7.5
fisher and paykel 6.5 excellence kelvinator washing machine,lights up,no water,checked hoses to the tap .water comes to the machine ,fill plastic reserve. no water goes in the tumbler.,? .any suggestions.thanks
