this is a fault in the motor controller fault. the fault code number is 140. it may have a problem with the motor windings / RPS also. you will need parts from F+P.

there's a few possibilities here.is the water on?does the machine start and turn the bowl, and not fill? then you have a valve fault.when you press start, does it beep like normal? if not, you have a start button fault.

sounds like your pump is jammed,or faulty.remove water from unit by hand pull away from wall about 2ft tip unit back so u can look underneath. to the right hand front of the unit u will see a red or black fan on the pump, turn that fan clockwise and anticlockwise to unjam pump if it is jammed.fan should turn easily.please turn off power b4 u work on it, dont want any accidents. when u have done this put unit back level, turn power on select spin and start. please reply 4 more help

check in the manual for the error code most of washing machine if the error code is in users manual its means its only minor problem,but if the error code is not in users manual its means you need to call an service technician to not waste your money or time if you do by your self.

Your water valves are 24volt,You should be getting an error code 48,49 or 50 from your machine.1 amp fuse and Mosfets on the board are blown.
