Hi ,,, replacement cords for counter top appliances can be found at most appliance or building supply stores. Try Home Depot, Ace, Lowes. Take the unit wioth you to make sure you are getting the correct cord.

Unfortunately everything you buy from him is classified as disposable. They are all made in China and he just lets them put is name on it for a fee for each unit sold. There is Zero Support on his junk unless it fails within a year. Take it into a local Appliance store and ask if they can look at it. No, when you connect the power the element will explode! You could use a step down transformer, but for the amps it draws (1,800 watts) that the griddle uses, it would be the size of your carry-on case. Sell it, give it way, put it in storage and buy new at Argos or Curry's. When I move from the UK to Canada in 2005, I had to get rid of everything that had a plug on it apart from items with dual voltage transformers like my shaver and camera chargers.
