How to get audio video button on rca tv without remote

HelloIf the TV has a "Menu" button at its front panel, you can select its menu, and can select the input selection. If not, you can't do with wthout a remote control. Just buy an RCA universal remote control. If there is no Menu Button at the front panel of the tV, there is no other way to get AV selection to your TV. OK.

My subwoofer output is not

You can prove the sub pre-output works by running an RCA cable from it to the input of a tape deck, TV or any other device that accepts Line In and will either display it or play it. Test it on VERY LOW volume at the receiving device.

Different sub pre-out cable?

My reciver got shock by some videos cables and now

there is probably a fuse or two inside the receiver.
The fuses are round and tubular.
the ends are made of metal and the center is glass.
The center is glass so you can see the element inside.
it looks like a tiny wire that stretches from metal end to metal end.
look through the glass, if the element is not fully intact you have a blown fuse.
one metal end will have very small imprinting with the rating and model number on it.
