I had this issue also and it was because I started the machine and had not turned on the water to it. However, it cleared when I unplugged the power cord, waited about ten seconds, then plugged it back in. I guess they need a "reboot" once in awhile, like a computer - at least mine did. It means "heater relay cannot be activated". Troubleshooting guide says to tap the relays to try to unjam them. If that fails, replacement of the main control board is necessary. These washers apparently have a propensity for stuck relays on the newer units.

maybe a under wire from bras stuck in drum.when machine is empty look in drum holes and see if anything is poking through the holes.keeping turning the drum as you look,sometimes hard too spot has the tips are often white.
