A digital TV handles the color in three channels, red green and blue. Your TV has a problem on the red channel. That causes pictures getting yellowish. The computer functions can compensate the fault, but that is not a solution. If the problem happens on every input and also with internal tuner, then the logic circuits that elaborate video signal are defective. The main board is usually replaced to fix the problem. Before replacing the main digital board the technician can check if any repairable fault is found. A contact in one of the input for example may short the circuit affecting one of the color channels. In that case the tech will only need to resolder the connector on board to fix the problem. More commonly the whole board must be replaced.

suggestion is to send it to a repair shop which is more expert in opening TV's. most common error is the LCD screen.

Yes you can ,usually unpluging the set from the AC outlet for at least 5 minutes will reset the television so you can start setup procedure over again.

You need to replace the main board (signal). It is the board with all the A/V hookups on it. The part number is a number with 3 sets of 4 numbers and at the end of this number there is a number letter sequence with ( ) parentheses around it. Do a search on ebay and you should find one. Be sure to match the numbers I mentioned to the one on ebay!

Take off tv back and observe power supply board and back light inverter board for burn spots, replace that board that has burn spots.
Power supply board is where AC cord goes in and inverter board would be installed at side of lcd panel. Required board would be available in discount-merchant.com

I'm sorry that the TV is not displaying any picture on the screen. Please follow the troubleshooting steps and check the operation:

1. Please make sure that the connections are secure and proper.
2. Try connecting a different video source like DVD player or VCR and check the operation. If it works with another device, the issue might be with the input device that you're using now.
3. Also try connecting the device to a different port on the TV if no other devices are available.
4. If the issue persists, try with a different cable.
5. Perform a power resetting and check the operation. To perform the power resetting, unplug the TV from wall outlet for more than 5 minutes and then reconnect it.

Remote codes for set top boxes (aka cable/satellite boxes) are the responsibility of the service provider to generate. You have to call Dish network and ask them for a code, dont let them xfer you to Vizio THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP.
