Have had this coffee maker about one year. It used

It sounds like you might have minerial deposits building up in your lines. Try cleaning your coffee maker.

Fill the water reservoir half way with vinegar and brew through. Once you've done that, mix up a 50% water/baking soda mix and brew that through. Compete the cleaning process by running just clean water through. Your coffee maker should be good as new!!

Your best solution is to visit WWW.BunnOMatic.com and contact them about warranty replacement. If you have the original receipt it would be extremely easy for you. If not you may be able to have the store you purchased it from print you a copy by trying to find the date you purchased it through a bank record, if you bought it on a debit/credit card. If not you could do what many others do, which I do not condone, But buy another and take this one back and tell them it leaks water and get a refund.

I have a commerical Bunn coffee maker. I ran

Coffee maker is not pre-heating the water. The brew cycle should take about two minutes, and the coffee should be 200°F when it comes out, that is why it's weak. To clarify, is it a commercial model, or a home model (like the one pictured)? Home models will have a 'vacation switch' on the side of the unit that needs to be on to get the water pre-heated properly.

Using same amount of coffee i have been using for

The first thing to check is to see if you have lost your sprayhead. The sprayhead is located underneath the filter basket. If the sprayhead is there, then it is possible the water is not hot enough. Pour water into your machine, and as it comes into the decanter, measure the temperature. It should measure between 175-185 degrees. If it isn't, then there is a defect with the heater. Please call us at 800-352-2866 with your model and date code once you have results.
