I sent an email requesting the spare parts to Bertini in Australia and they forwarded my email to Mr Fisher in Germany to help me. Mr. Thomas Fisher was very helpful in providing me the spare parts I needed for my Bertini stroller (hub caps and tire clips). He has a company and is responsible for sales and service of Bertini strollers in Germany, but he shipped the parts for me to the USA-Florida.
So you can verify that this is a legitimate business, the company's web site is:
http://www.eichhorn-kinderwagen.de You can get it translated to English if you access this site from www.google.com. Or you can ask bertini in Australia for help or references at [email protected]

Our stroller shakes when pushing
You don't mention what make / model you have. Try turning stroller upside down
( without baby in it *-) ) and spin each wheel to see if it runs freely. Try to rock the wheels from side to side to see if there is any play in the axel. On a flat smooth surface do all wheels touch the ground? If the front wheels swivel do they rotate freely without any side to side play? Some strollers have nuts you can adjust others just have Silver domes. Try tightening nuts till wheels get tight then back off just enough so they spin freely try taping domes on tighter using a large socket from a socket set and a hammer so the pressure is around the edge of the dome and not in the centre where it would dent. Silicon spray is the best lubricant for strollers.

Problem with tires
Pick up a kit for bicycle repair. Take the wheel off, deflate, pull the wheel from the rim and remove the tube. Pump the tube up a little, place under water and look for the bubbles. Once you find the bubbles, patch with the bike tire repair kit, deflate, put the tube back in, reattach tire to rim and inflate.

Tyre not inflating
Any bike store or even walmart will carry the tube you need. I replaced all my tubes with thorn resistant ones and added thorn liners haven't got a flat since. Most bike stores will also change out the tubes for a couple of bucks.
