Navman icn 520

There should be a battery On/Off switch on the back. Have you tried turning it off, leaving it for 10 seconds then turning it back on?

Also, there should be a reset button either on the top or on the back. Hope this helps and solves your problem.

Regards

Matt

How much and where to purchase battery for icn 520

I you are going to change the battery, you have to take it out. Take it out and read off all the part numbers or serial numbers. One by one type them into google until you see the battery on sale somewhere with a price.

My navman icn 520 wont find a gps signal and just keeps waiting for gps

I found that if you open out the receiver at the back and make sure it is touching the windscreen it works for me. If not I don't get a signal. It is worse in one of our cars because it has a heat reflective windscreen.

My navman icn520 will not pick up satalite

go inside your 520 and you may see the plugs or the gps have come off this sometimes happens when you have knocked the unit. the wires are attached to the rear cover and run down and under a piece sticky tape check and see if they have fallen off.

How do i replace the battery Navman S30?

dead useful Falter!

OK - remove the 2 screws on the bottom, then to open the unit you have to unclip the end panels... from the back, use an old card of some sort (I just used a hotel room key)
If you need to, cut a slight angle on an edge to let you force it into the groove. slide it about, pushing outwards and you should find the ends will un clip. there are then 2 more screws on either end to un do. The back then carefully unclips from the top and bottom panel. the battery is then free to be replaced.

Hello
You can change its map to NZ . Its manual has details about it, how to install language, maps from your desktop, updating etc. If you have its manual, refer to it. If you haven't the manual, send your Email address to me by Fixya. I'll send the copy of it to you. It is a large file in Adobe Acrobat Format, and I can't send it to you by this site. OK.
