Chances are pretty good that you blew a fuse in the unit. I think it would be worth it for you to take it apart and check. If there is not a fuse you have lost nothing.

i have a water problem but mine is .. when i turn the machine on it just starts pouring water out and does not stop.. and the machine still says not ready all the time the water is pouring out.. anybody know how to fix this ??

According to my Platinum manual your exit needle may be partially plugged clean carefully with a straightened paperclip. Run a couple cycles without a K-Cup inserted. This should fix your problem.

Lift the reservoir, then reseat it. This will clear the prime message. If it repeatedly comes back then your machine is dead. If in the year warranty, call Keurig they will ship you a replacement. Very common problem.

You cannot drain the approximately 2 cups that are in the heating chamber.

Pull it straight up maybe rock it a little.

check the holes in the kcup resevior. take it out and look through the hole. It will be plugged and you need to get a nail or needle and clear the blockage. soaking the part in hot water will help loosen up the grounds that are stuck in the hole.

Fill the tank with vinagar and run the machine to empty the tank restart the process for couple of cups live the machine over night run clean water threw the machine you done.

Open the bottom plate & clean the inlet screen there is two screws holding it.

Unfortunately you will need to use vinegar. The acetic acid in vinegar is strong enough to clean most brewing machines. Use distilled white vinegar.
