Do you hear the motor spinning loud whirring noise, when drum is not,if so drum belt has come off or snapped,if no noise possible brushes on motor need replacing
If it fills with water it is probably not the door lock suggesting a fault with the programmer or motor. If you are getting a voltage to the motor and it is not turning, the motor is likely to be your fault.
Motors can be replaced or new brushes may be all that you need but you are likely to have to take the motor out to check it as they are not usually easy to get to.Brushes are relatively cheap (£5 - £10) but can be difficult to find and a new motor probably around £50.
If you are able to tackle the repair yourself is worthwhile trying the brushes (but be prepared for the repair to take several days to get the parts unless you have a local repair shop around the corner that carries parts). A problem with the windings of the motor would require a new motor in any case.
If you get someone in I expect they would change the motor and not mess about with brushes. An experienced repairman should be able to fit a new motor in an hour and if you outline the problems and they bring a spare motor along with them the cost to repair is likely to be of the order or £100 - £150 (say £80 callout and £50 motor).
Do u want to resolve the f-13 fault code ON HOTPOINT WD860 Ultima
Fix the fault . It is a tricky job but the heater thermostat switch has tripped as it senses something burning. Probably a little bit of fluff on the heater element inside the heater unit.. There are 2 switches on top of this heater unit. One where the 2 blue wires go on the top left of the 3rd picture and the other which has a tall black wire connector on shown in the middle of the 3rd picture. Remove that connector and undo the holding screw . You can then reset the switch. The switch is a small circular switch hidden beneather the connector on the photos. This thermostat switch has a yellow. red dot ontop of it. If you use a small pin or needle and press into that dot you will hear it tick back into place. you have reset the switch now. You will probably need to clean the inside of the heater element unit to get rid of the fluff particles or it will keep switching off. To take this apart you will need a set of Star screwdrivers. Its a bit tricky but you will be able to undo the star screws and take them all out. I will add some photos to show you the unit apart. You can see the build up of fluff on the photos i have added from my hotpoint WD860 heater unit. This is a tricky job and takes about an hour due to the screw being awkward to take off and put on again but mine hasnt faulted for 2 years since sorting it out. You can buy a new Thermostat switch which is about 10 pounds sterling from Hotpoint or other spares stores.
Check that you haven't got a blockage under the draw,if this is ok try turning the tap for the cold hose down a little as the pressure could be to high also check thaw machine Is level
The first thing to check is to remove the draw and clean the roof of the dispenser with an old tooth brush and retry if problem is still present you could have a evalve fault
It could be roaches got into the motherboard electronics. Remove the display PCB and spray it with an non residue electronics cleaner. Dry thoroughly. Be cautious of static discharge when handling PCB. Touch the case of the appliance then the PCB.

First of all remove the door from the machine by unscrewing the
screws on the hinge than remove
clip at the top of door seal, when it unclips remove metal band, pull front of
door seal off of front panel, Pick up metal bracket. Now with the hinge attached
to door hold in place and place bracket behind the two holes fit screws and
then fit the seal and clip.
The 2 probs could be related.
The first you need to do is remove the dispenser drawer, and thoroughly clean every part of it, particularly the conditioner compartment, poke clear all the tubes and apertures you can see,the problem is caused by a blockage.
The smell is related to the fact that the waste pipe is probably connected to your sink waste, you need to remove the pipe and check for partial blockage, or if it goes to an outside sink , then you need to get some kind of drain cleaner to pour down the sink..
Also , at least once every 6 weeks do a hot wash with powder, but no clothes in, this helps to keep the m/c clean and prevent build up mould and dirt inside the m/c..
Clean the door seal regularly, when you finish a wash.and leave door open and dry it
This should help disperse the smell.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.
