the truth is that you cannot unlock the phone for free.

You will be charged to get your unlock code. The only way by which you can get the unlock code for free is by calling your service provider and requesting for your unlock code.

If you service provider refuses to give it to you, then there is no other place where you can get a free unlock code.

I would like to share Few Details with you. I am sorry to inform you, but Virtually there is NO Way to Recover Deleted Phone Book. But, as i said, there could be a Minor Probability :-

1. Did you save it in Phone Memory or Card Memory?

If SD Card memory, there are Few Agencies who Could retrieve that. But, if that is Phone Memory ( Default One ) , there is No Way unless you send your Phone to Big Recovery Centers.

2. Is it Worth the Money?

If You wish, i could send you the Location for Closest Recovery Center, but they would charge a Hefty Amount. There are Certain Centers where people Do send the Phones, Hard Disk and other stuff for Criminal and Investigation Purposes. There charge could be from 100's to 1000'nd of Dollars Depending on the Data and Time.

The Ball is in your Court and you need to Decide. As i mention, even if you pay , there is no Guarantee that 100% Data is Recovered. It could be 99%, 50% or 0%.
