My cell plone- LG GR500 fell in milk yesterday. I
really since it was milk and not water, and should form up as as sort of buttery material inside the phone.......unlike water that carries minerals that aid in the transfer of electric current, milk has much less ability to do so and should be hardened within a day or so.......If you really want to be cautious, you need to disassemble the device completely and clean it with isopropal alcohol. Thats about all you can do and good luck...........your phone shouldn't get any worse that it is now and if you see intermittent glitches then you may need to clean it. Good Luck and pls rate this post!!!!!!!!1

Limited Service
There are two things involved in this issue. The problem is either from the phone network provider or from the phone itself. It is also possible that there is no reception in your area.
What you need to do in a situation like this is to be sure first if your phone network provider is not having any problem with service provided.
When you are convinced that the fault is not from your phone network provider, I will be left with no choice than to suspect your phone.
At this stage, I think the fault is from your phone network. You will have to visit a phone repair shop for it to get fixed.
Take care.

Cracked LCD on Samsung SPH-A660
Without knowing your capabilities as a tech it's impossible to say. Personally I think it's easy but I'm used to doing that type of work.
If you do decide to do it yourself the hardest part is often actually getting the case apart. Some manufacturers are beginning to use screws which need weeird things like 3 bladed screwdrivers (like a Philips screwdriver with one blade missing and the other three off center)
Then there's the units which need prying apart. You have to know excatly where to pry to diengage the plastic locks inside. If you break them you'll have to glue the unit back together :-)
If you do get inside the screen could be anchored by double sided adhesive tape and this can make you think it's anchored by screws you can't see. Some units are extremely easy to do a transplant on whilst others seem to be designed to stop anyone from doing so.
If you're willing to lose the phone altogether, give it a go but if you feel confident then good luck.

Hi I have samsung A660
You have to take it to the service center, that is not battery issue else it would have turned on when connected directly to the wall.
This seem issue with the mother board, and there is a 50% chance of retrieving the data stored. it is will cost 80% of the cost of the phone to change the motherboard.
Let me know if you need more help...Kevin

Error 96 While text messaging, Help please?
I have the same problem. You have to use the area code, the full 10 digit number. Even the phone numbers stored in your memory need to include the area code for the text to send.
