Puk number
PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a unique eight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PIN number to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are then given 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is entered after the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and will require a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider. My mobile battery not charging
POWER SUPPLY & BATTERY PROBLEMIf thecell phone battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out.Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles andwill lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR Thebattery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the batterydrops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to anunacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced.ORThe charge adapter is faulty. Test the voltage on the adapter plug with a multi-meter, the voltage should be slightly higher than the voltage on the label on the charge adapter.

well.. Sorry dear you have you get your mobile phone checked with the professional mobile repair shop that's the only solution you should be very luck you had used you mobile for a while after getting it wet . often mobile goes to drain after getting in water

OK. I hear you. that really sucks. have you installed your phone into your PC ? if you did then you should try double checking on the files you send to your phone e.g : songs should be mp3 files. maybe that will help
