If the phone asks restriction code means it was locked to a particular network operator.You can unlock by using the unlock codes from the online unlocking website or from the network operator.
Some unlock websites are

hello,kindly visit an accessories store to get the ear piece and replace it with the faulty one.take off the casing and also the screws holding the ear piece for you to be able to fix it up.
After that is done your phone will work as supposed.

You should do a master reset. Sometimes this helps with weird problems. Just go into settings and choose default settings. The default password is 12345
