I have changed the security code of my nokia 3220
If you forget the security code means get the master reset code for that one, master unlock code is a code that completely resets your phone, removing any security locks , get the code from this site

I need a restriction code
Restriction code are provided by the Network provider companies, if your Network provider is unable to provide you the code, it means it does not have this feature.

3220 phone restriction
Phone restricted means your phone doesn't accept other sim card,it is locked in a particular provider.
How to unlock my phone? Here it is :
1. download this file and extract

2 open the application
3 choose your country and provider
3 enter your 15 digit imei located at the back of your phone or just type in *#06#
4 press calculate (a figure comes out with detail number from 1 to 7)
5 On your home screen mobile, enter the code given in screen.(.preferably 1 & 7 is effective)

you said you found continuty, where did u find continuty? Did you checked the battery terminals? if you checked the battery terminal and found continuty then it should be not like this. its mean that something is short inside. Most probably the charging IC that is responsible for the charging and the power, with addition of some SMC (Surface Mount Components).
Dear, the continuty is part of checking, if you can u need to check it through Voltage supply including current output etc... its a task to do..
if you cant, better way is to get it done through an Expert at shop near u.
Sometimes, it happens that the fault is a little but can be expended through improper dealing.

hi you can get the restriction codes from here
superunlockcodes here they ask the following details before providing the codes they are model of the mobile , country from where you brought the mobile ,provider to which the mobile is locked then the imei number of the mobile .finally they will send you the codes to unlock the mobile .once you entered the codes in your mobile as for the instruction
provided by them your mobile get unlocked and accept all network sim.

My nokia 3220 dropped in water 3 yrs back.I take
It is possible that the water within had damaged the board or has shorted some components while there was conduction due to the water.
What could be done is to use a cleaner to wash the printed circuit board so that there is no trace of shorting within the board or under the components. You can use petrol without letting it fall on plastic parts BUT ONLY ON THE SOLDER SECTIONS IN THE PCB.
If this wont help then there is fault in the board due to a short THUS draining the battery. Finally check the battery in another set to confirm if this had gone weak.
