I forgot password of my noki 7210

the same things was mine with this problem. I've used the phone w/out any problem at couple of months since I purchased it. then suddenly one day when I checked my application, my calculator disappeared. then what i do is to download a calculator software to replace it. but as days passes by, more problems occur and all of the files installed on my phone that was already there since purchased are all gone and when I will play radio or music, "not enouch memory" appear on the screen and I can't play any music anymore until it hanged and I cannot use the phone anymore.

My software is not working . my phone music player is not working. How to format the phone. And how to solve the problem

You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

Reset factory setting with nokia flasher box.

There are two types of reset Soft and Hard reset.Soft reset restores only settings whereas hard reset resets entire phone memory
For soft reset *#7780#
For Hard reset *#7370#

If your phone could not start up in normal mode,it cannot connect to PC.Besides, hanging with Nokia logo is surely a software.Flashing is the only solution.So, follow this step.

First download and install Pheonix from this link. Nokia Phoenix Service Software 2011 - Download secondly Download flash file from this link 7210c file and install it to C / program files/pheonix.. after finished this installation open pheonix . Inside the interface at the> top left <there you see "File" click there and choose "open file" and then select the approprait Product type i.e "which is written on the back panel inside the battery of every Nokia(Type RM-000).After doing this again at the left top count from "File"1..2..3..the 4th one is "Flashing" press there, when you click there you'll see three sub-menus, just select the "Firmware Update" again you'll see another interface. Look at the product code there should be blank and put your "mouse tool" at the straight end from the "Product Code" there is a Button and choose the code which is written in the back side of your phone. e.g CODE:0000000.if the same code does not found just take one which is higher. After this you can see "Dead phone USB flashing" click that box. Now this is the last stage...
