OK, i did my first 3 tries, no good then i used the other 7 tries, no good either. Then it said that the PUK was locked. Is there anyway of fixing this problem without buying another sim card???

Hi,the best and only way to get the unlock code for your motorola phone,is to contact the service provider that sold the phone to you and request for the unlock code,which will be given to you for free.
However,they might be asking some funny questions,just tell them you are travelling to a country where their sevices does not exist like Ghana.

You can call t-mobile at 18009378997 to get it. Make sure you have a valid email add because the code and the instructions will be sent through e-mail after 24-48 hours after the request.

How old is the battery? It sounds like the battery has died and needs to be replaced. I suppose it is possible there may be corrosion on the connections that need cleaning. If it is new enough you should contact the manufacturer.

Please try the last 4 digits of your phone number (normal default value). If you changed it - well you might have to go to the manufacturer or your service provider for help with that. It will probably require a hard reset to get rid of the code. This will erase all the information on your phone.
