You need to install the motorola drivers. Do so by either going to www.motox.info go to downloads section and install the . Or you can even download Motorola Mobile Phone tools. If you dont use mobile phone tools, make sure you go to connections, and check the mass storage device as the connection method. If you need further assistance, just check my profile.

Many potential causes to this. It could just need a soft reset. Try turning the phone off and turning it back on, and see what happens there. I really need more information about when it happens, how often, and what you've tried before I can help you more.

This is one of those questions where we really need a little more info to know what's going on. When you say "no network access" for example, I need to know if you mean you can't get access on any wifis, or if you mean you can't get access from your network carrier.It honestly could be a variety of things. A quick Google search shows that your phone is linked to TMobile, so I would suggest asking them, because it could be anything from a temporary coverage outage, to you needing to update your PRL (and they would be able to tell you how to do that), or it could be that Tmobile doesn't have coverage in your area. OR it could be the phone, or even you just can't get the settings right. Without more info, I would suggest going to their website and either calling customer service or see if they have self serve options.

basicly the software is corrept.take it 2 a cell 4ne repair shop they will fix it it cost about 150.u cnt do it on ur own coz it takes a specail soft ware n only certain ppl have it

Make sure in settings your phones not in airplane mode. it disables all phone signals.

hold the power button and the volume buttons dwn at the same time for about a minute
