However, you should be able to find a replacement battery online through 3rd party sites (Ebay, Amazon, BatteriesPlus, etc). The model# of the stock battery is BR50. I hope that helps. Need to be reset by provider

There should be an icon you can touch that will bring up a menu with "Edit." On my Moto G, it's three square dots stacked vertically in the upper right corner of the screen when I'm viewing my own contact info. Once you are in "Edit" mode, you should be able to add your name and other info as you wish.

Hi On the V3 the keypad light cannot be turned off by any means. Regards, Gaby Motorola Support.

If you have a USB cable you may be able to transfer them just by hooking up the phone. The other option is to get Motorola Phone Tools which should give you the capability to transfer them via USB. Mark Motorola Support

Please be aware the BR50 is the battery model and not the phone model. Not all RAZR V3 phones have a Sim slot. Mark Motorola Support
