I suggest you remove the battery and put it in a similar phone and charge with your charger to see if it will hold charge.

If it does, i means the battery is still good. but if it does not, it means the battery cell is dead and the battery will need to be replaced.

The problem could also be the charging port of your phone, it may be bad and not charging your phone but if it is charging it, it means the cell of your battery is dead and will need to be replace.

Just check the battery, charging port or the charger, one of either of this three is bad.

First, you'll want to obtain the IMEI or ESN (serial number). You can do this by removing the battery and looking at the sticker on the back of the phone. There will be several numbers, but only one labeled the IMEI or ESN.

the flex cables broken or lose in the board and If iots cracked Im not sure if you can replace it as i donr know where to get the part unless your provider can get them or has a broken phone you can take one out of. Good Luck

Yes you need a data cable and a program called raptor do a search for it on google you will find a site for it...

Take it into your local service center (www.sprintstorelocator.com) if you have total equipment protection, equipment service and repair, or nextel service plan, they will fix it for free other wise charge you 15-55 with my experience it is a service level issue 1 which is only 15 bux
