Go to Contacts, go to the name you wish to delete; press menu button and it will give you options one of them is to delete contact

Subsidy lock
Well if you are tied to a particular network all you have to do is to unlock your phone to use it any other GSM network. You can get the subsidy code through online. Give your IMEI number & get the subsidy code for ur mobile .............You also get through online..........I will suggest the website

You will need contact Nextel to get the subsidy unlock code to use your phone internationally or on another network. They can walk you through how to enter the code in properly.

Problem
I just had this problem with my i560. I haven't a clue how it got there, but I found a way out..
Hit the menu button (looks like a yellow sitcky note on the display, or the stacked pages icon on the keypad).
Click "more" until you see the "Profiles" option. It looks like a phone with a musical note and palette. When you select it, it animates the paint colors and note.
select any of the profiles, such as "standard" or "car" and then press the OK button (middle button of the directional pad on the keypad). A green check mark should appear next to it.
Now hit Back until you're back at your main screen and you should be fine.
