My hp f1903 is blurry and I can´t get it to

You should try setting your PC video resolution to the native resolution of this monitor, 1280 x 1024 @60Hz.
If it still bad then you may need to open it up and inspect the inside for bad parts such as capacitors, burnt marks, etc.

What causes a dark screen and a flashing power

Probably find the screen inverter has failed and needs replacing. Can be a fiddly job as you have to dismantle the monitor so take it to your repair shop if you're not familiar with this type of repair.

HP Pavillion F1903 monitor flashes on and then screen goes black

Can you check the temp. of your CPU and GPU? If your GPU runs 80 grad C, you have a overheating problem. The problem is a damage to the MB by excessive heat produced by Nvidia GPU. The only way to fix this permanently is to take out the MB and reflow the GPU with heat. You can find a video on youtube how to do it. You must take out the piece of gel between GPU and cooling unit and replace it with copper bar or penny made prior 1983 - still made out of copper. Also clean the fan. Use heat transfer paste like arctic cool - not a glue, on both sides of the penny. Install win7. Win7 does not use the coprocessor and will help to ran the notebook cooler. Install speedFan 4.40 - free utility to see what the temp is of your GPU and CPU. If you did good job it will stay around 55C. If your HP notebook is still running check the temp. If the GPU is running 80C or more it will melt the connections on the MB and quit working sooner or later.

Powers on ,no picture

I will assume that you already try it on another PC and still get the same symptom. You will have to open it up and look for bad solder connection in the backlight inverter board, burnt parts, shorted transistors, bad inverter transformers, bad lamps. It will be difficult if you do not have proper parts (test lamps), and test equipment to do component level troubleshooting. Post back waht you see inside if you decide to DIY. See example of what failed in monitors: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums

I cannot get my monitor to turn on. It will light

I would plug your flat screen to another computer and see if you have any problems.

I work on a PC earlier this week and I think the problem may be with the video embedded on the main board not functioning properly.

1. Check the Flat Screen on another PC, make sure your monitor is Okay......

2. Take your Main board battery out, and push it back in or replace it and see if that helps any.

3. Turn off PC.
Remove one RAM (memory) stick and may sure your Ram not going bad. I doubt if multiple RAM sticks will go bad at the same time. Boot the PC back up.

Let me know how it goes.
