That weird noise you are hearing is the mode motor trying to drive the mechanism. On these units, in order to engage play, fast forward, rewind, etc there is motor (called a mode motor) the drives the mechanism into the different "modes". There is also a mode sensing switch that tells the machine when it has reached a certain mode. What has likely happened is that the mode switch has failed for whatever reason, so the mode motor is being driven beyond the normal positions for the mechanism. The short answer is that you will probably have to have a technician look at it for you.

This may sound daft BUT you have taken the lens cover off, have`nt you?

Use a hair dryer to blow warm air into the unit. Do not heat the unit but allow only warm air to circulate so as to remove any dew formation within the unit that must allow the unit to reset the error.

CCD Imager chip is defective in your camcorder that is why no live view in camera mode for fresh recordings.
CCD Imager is electronic device that converts an image into electronic signals and its necessary part of any digital camera/ camcorder, it should be replaced by technician because camcorder will take apart and soldering work is required.

Reduction gear in mechanism is dampered,so it wont drive the cassatte holder,so repelace the reduction gear

The most likely cause for this is a damaged or defective flexible ribbon cable that connects the LCD to the camera body and can be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired by a qualified service technician.
