A MASSAGE SAYS (CONDENSATION PLEASE

That means that moisture has built up in the device. Place it in a warm dry place to dry out. This could take an unknown amount of time as I don't know how much moisture is in it. By all means do NOT use a hair drier or place it in the oven.

I keep getting a message

This is usually caused by a failed component in the moisture detection circuitry within the camera. This will require disassembling the camera to remove the tape mechanism and then replacing the defective component, reassembly and calibration if necessary. This can be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired qualified service technician.

I have lost the CD

Your best bet is to call JVC customer support:
Call Customer Care Center at (800) 252-5722.
Ask them if you can still get the CD from them.
Your camcorder is archived so software is not readily available as new product.

Condensation paused

Moisture has entered the camera due to condensation. Typically when you take the camera to a cold external setting from a heated room.
The warning is to protect tape and camera and is a normal built in feature.
You simply have to wait until the camera acclimatises.

You should contact most likely the company that made the notebook.JVC may be able to provide a file or link too.I would at least start there. If they both insist on you paying for it,ask to talk to a supervisor. If that doesn't work, wait a day or 2 and try another supervisor.I did it with a file I needed for my new computer which my scanner would not link with and eventually got someone nice enough to provide it free.Good luck!
