How do i fix the problem,
Get a pack of moister absorber from hard ware store and pack with camera (break seal) in sealed plastic container,then take to camera repaire as excess moister might case rust or failure off circuit,sorry but you might be already too late.

That means that moisture has built up in the device. Place it in a warm dry place to dry out. This could take an unknown amount of time as I don't know how much moisture is in it. By all means do NOT use a hair drier or place it in the oven.

I have lost the CD
Your best bet is to call JVC customer support:
Call Customer Care Center at (800) 252-5722.
Ask them if you can still get the CD from them.
Your camcorder is archived so software is not readily available as new product.
Condensation paused
Moisture has entered the camera due to condensation. Typically when you take the camera to a cold external setting from a heated room.
The warning is to protect tape and camera and is a normal built in feature.
You simply have to wait until the camera acclimatises.

your dv cam sensed a condensation means some moist is inside the unit, to protect the sensitive electronics on it. it disabled normal function of the dv cam. try to avoid placing the dv cam from sudden cold area to hot area, or vice-versa do not use dv cam until condensation message is gone

You should contact most likely the company that made the notebook.JVC may be able to provide a file or link too.I would at least start there.If they both insist on you paying for it,ask to talk to a supervisor.If that doesn't work,wait a day or 2 and try another supervisor.I did it with a file I needed for my new computer which my scanner would not link with and eventually got someone nice enough to provide it free.Good luck!
