try to check on the web for the pc suit of your handycam..and then download it and install to your pc..

It is easy dont get it repaird just download the sevice manual online it is to trivial a repair to take into a shop and can cost you should fix these problems yourself it is expected of one from school age to do these thing you just lack confidence that is all have a go it realy works the service page will tell you how to fix the fult i am going to change a CCD

Hello, well with your camera you down-load the film by cable (mostly hi fi red/blue/white to the PC, you should put a new formated DVD disk in PC and go to windows media, there you should be able to make movie.

Sounds very common on your camera type for some reason, the cass may be damages or the cass catch may not have released when last used.

If clicking sound is like gear noise then MiniDV mechanism will be replaced by either local camera repair shop or JVC service center.

Did you check the settings on your camcorder? if ever did not please try to check and change the settings.

If the pics you mention here is you mean video since photo capturing in this model will be recorded on tape coz it doesn't have mem card, this camera can only be connected to your PC via firewire(IEEE1394) and videos can be captured/transferred by the aid of some editing software like Windows Movie Maker. By the way: there's a lot of editing software can be found in the market like Ulead, Cyberlink, Intervideo etc. Hope it helps, good luck

Have a look further down you must see a numeric code. In case "02" you need service personel to solve it, if "03" you might have a bad cassette or your camera has a reel problem, mostly supply reel..hope it helps
