You must have a connection cable to your computer (USB ).

I have a brand new JVC GZ-MS100 and a brand new card
The 32GB SDHC card may be a "class 4" card, not a "Class 6".
Look at the card and find the circle with a number in it.
Class 6 is the highest speed available. Class 4 is much slower and can't keep up with video.
Not all 32GB sdhc cards work with all camcorders.
Try formatting the card twice in the JVC.

What kind of card is best
The MPEG2 recording can be used in various quality levels, with 8.5 to 5.5 Mbps constant bit rate and 4.2 and 1.5 MBit / s with a variable bit rate recording.
The read / write speed is 20480 kb/s (SanDisk data).
It's enough!
Calculate the recording time:

Download cd's for jvc gz-mc100
this camera doesn't come with software to transfer videos. Just plug your camera (or insert the cf card, on a card reader) and copy your videos to your pc. you can use the image import feature on windows to do the job (but don't delete the videos with your pc. If you do the camera will state a error)
hope it helps

Error with CF card
did you delete all card files on your pc?
if so, camera will not function properly. Try formating the cf card on your computer and format it again inside JVC camera,
try inserting a normal cf card(should work) in order to find if you have a faulty cf card
hope it helps

Transferring video files to my pc
Loading video to PC should be the same as loading your pictures, although they will jist appear as the first frame of your video; looking like a picture.
If you hover your mouse over the file you should see a file type as either .mpeg,.avi or mpeg4, you then right click and open with your preferred programme, be it your DVD player or Windows Media player.
