From the information desribed, this means that your CRT monitor is going dead. Unfortuntly, there is no way to stop the flickering unless the monitor was replaced. I hope this has helped
this might be the problem of the disk capacitor of value 2kv, which is located at the horizontal section, i.e from the collector of horizontal output transistor.
Welcome to Fixya Support,
I am happy to assist you.
Monitor Flickering May due to following Reason
1. Deffective LOT
2. Deffictive Filter IC or Deffective horizontal IC
To fix this issue, you have to check LOT, if LOT working fine, you have to search for burn out capacitor along with filter IC and replace with new one. After this your monitor must work properly, without any flickering.

Try to fight through this. This would be a setting either in your monitor, or in the display program you have installed on your computer for your monitor. Turn your monitor sideways if you need to, to fix this problem.

You will need to connect a single HDMI cable from your sound bar to the HDMI ARC or the HDMI eARC port on the Roku T.Make sure that both of the devices are both turned on.When your TV detects the sound bar,it will then automatically initiate the setting up process. Lastly follow the easy on screen instructions to finish setting up the connection.
