If there is one it would be on dispenser control.

The drain in the freezer behind back lower panel
needs opening. You can see it at the bottom of the back panel
underneath the evaporator coils. (The cold coils)
Run Hot water in the drain until it clears or use a hairdryer.
When the defrost melts the water it goes down the drain
If the drain is clogged with Ice or ? The defrost water
overflows into the ref. or freezer or on floor
Run Hot water in the drain until it clears or use a hairdryer.
Also check fan undernearh Ref in the rear
Clean condenser coils underneath

Most likely cold control thermostat is bad and needs replacing

Make sure that the fan is not obstructed and the area is clean. I know a man who bought a new freezer because his old one quit working. While taking out the old one, found a mouse stuck in the fan. Cleaned everything up and the freezer worked for 10 more years.

Check the small fan that blows cold air from the freezer to the refrigerator and replace if it is not working.

Probably a defrost problem or fan in freezer isn’t working. Any frost buildup on inside back freezer wall?

I would try unpluging the unit for about 10 minutes to see if it would revert to defaults

Make sure on /off switch is on or wire arm is down. What problems are you having with it?

Check if defrost motor has quit while the unit is in defrost mode.
