Chances are that this is a video card problem not the monitor.
If you have a plug in card, try reseating it, if the video is onboard, go buy either a PCI or AGP video card if your motherboard supports AGP.
Is the light on the monitor blinking or solid?

seems flyback problem ,leave it to the repairman...

Check SDL,SCL Path and It's related parts(Neck board PCB 2 MICOM)
check Output Voltages of SMPS
And also check dry points.

You can change it from display settings->Advanced->Monitor->Refresh rate.
Try different frequencies like 72Hz, 80Hz etc., and see if it does the trick. I can provide you more specific info if you can just tell me whats your OS.

Due to high voltage you should have some hands on experience to fix this problem, so if you do not know, I suggest you take a course in electronics first before you try fixing a monitor.

remove your ram and clean it's print ande the ram ports of your computer . then inser ram again

If the Blueish problem appears try play around with the VGA cord and see if the Colors comes back, if not, try hiting the monitor to see if the lines and color problem comes bcak to normal. If not your monitor's circuit board needs some dry solder, it could be the cold solder problem. Cheers.

From start Run
Type msconfig (if you get an error message restart as administrator)
in startup tab check every line.
find and uncheck every line referring to removed application.
if you removed something you need you can always set the entry you removed.
Be very attentive to entry related to windows or display.
For an automatic search you can use windowsstartup.inspector

Change the Power cord and check , I still there is no power then there is a problem with the power section inside the monitor take it to an expert and get it repaired

Remove every Electromagnetic interference source in a 50 CM radius: speakers (low cost speakers are unshielded), fan, transformer, UPS.
Make a symple test using an AM radio: if you ear noise when approaching the area (screen Off) remove the source of interference.
Some time a different orientation of devices will fix the problem.

This is a problem that is associated with some electronic components inside your monitor. Also it can happen if some of the pins on monitor's data cable (that connects to CPU) are bad or the cable itself is bad. Anyway you have to go to an monitor repairing shop.

Since you tried a different monitor with the same results, it is definitely a problem with your video adapter. One thing you can try first is to make sure the connector is secure. If it is good, have someone open the computer and reseat the video card in the slot. If that fails you will need a new card.

If the computer has DVI male, you simply need a VGA to DVI adapter.
However, the plugs on the computer should all be male, and cables coming from the monitor female. It seems you may be trying the wrong port.
