How to unlock power saving mode on my cctv camera's LG monitor

Unfortunately, I can't help you with this issue, because I don't understand it at all. My eldest daughter installed CCTV cameras at my home because she is afraid of me because I am supposedly already old. But then she also installed smoke detectors and water leaks, she is afraid that I may leave the water not turned off or the stove, so she installed them. And in the application from this Ajax company, I monitor the security of my home and, in principle, this application is clear to me, although I am not very friendly with technology.

LG Flatron L177WSB-how would I use my newly

Hi, the Power Saving Mode, turns the screen off to conserve energy. On the remote, press Menu, and scan to Power Saving Mode. You can change the amount of time, when the Screen turn-off, the TV shut-off etc. You can set the time to (5 min) to, (never, turn-off). This should help with your problem. Thanks paul7of9

How can I make fonts look good in an LCD monitor ?

The VGA connection should be fine; I have DVI and when I switched from analog, the difference was pretty minimal, to my eyes.

Is it just the fonts that are blurry, or everything? If fonts only, then this almost certainly suggests that running the ClearType tuner again would solve the problem. But this applies to all displays, so if one is good and the other is not, then this isn't it.

If everything is a little blurry, then this suggests one of two problems -- the first, you report trying, which is that the display adapter is set to a different resolution than the native resolution of the LCD monitor itself. Your display adapter should probably be able to drive 2 monitors (the built-in laptop monitor and the external monitor) at once. You should be able to set their resolutions separately.

Assuming Windows XP: Start > Control Panel > Display > Settings > at which point, you should see two monitors listed in a dropdown. Set them to their native resolutions there (using the slider bar, usually all the way to the right), and save.

If you do have the display resolutions set to their native resolutions for both monitors, then it's possible that your external monitor is messed up. A quick test would be to run the on-screen settings, usually from a button on the monitor itself. If what is displayed there is sharp and what is displayed from Windows is not, then this points to a problem with the display driver. If everything, even the on-screen display is blurry, then perhaps the monitor settings are messed up -- usually there's an option to restore to factory settings -- try that.

If that doesn't work, I'm probably out of ideas, unless you have further information.

My LG Flatron L1750S has just glowing white screen and no on screen setup menu either.

Hello,That is a common symptom of a failure of the filter capacitors on the power supply board. When the filter capacitors go out the backlight can get power so there is light but the control board is not powered up so you get no picture. You can rebuild the board and bring the unit back to full working condition by replacing the defective parts. Here is a link to information showing what capacitors you will need to get to do the rebuild.www.ccl-la.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=246And here is a picture of what the AIP-0108 power supply board looks like11_28_2012_5_22_24_pm.jpgI hope this helps,BuddyMc
