Hello,That is a common symptom of a failure of the filter capacitors on the power supply board. When the filter capacitors go out the backlight can get power so there is light but the control board is not powered up so you get no picture. You can rebuild the board and bring the unit back to full working condition by replacing the defective parts. hi,, can u check up with the buttons settings,,menu of screen settings, buttons on the monitor,, and change the color - bright ness where they appear..

maybe its the video card. or the monitor...one tips: try ur monitor to other system unit.. if its still flickering.. monitor needs replacement or call your dealer..

different monitors have different settings. Anyhow, press the menu button on your monitor (hope it is there otherwise some other button must have been assigned this function). Choose recall or auto adjust or factory default from there (whichever of these options you can see). Nothing serious.....

Push the MENU button for 5~10 seconds to lock/unlock the control buttons.

There are 2 ways to opened it... 1: from the back, removed 4 screws and get a good grip on both open edges and pulled. Need to give it some force to it. 2: The other, it from the front bezel. First laid it face up and placed a piece of cloth or micro-fiber cloth over the screen to prevent smudges or damaged from the 4 knuckles . Then use both 8 fingers to grasp onto to edges of a bezel and lift it up with some force to it. Do the same on other side Good luck!
