I have problem with my monitor philips 15
To troubleshoot this:
1. Try the monitor on another PC to see if it is working.
2. If it is not, replace the monitor
3. If it does funtion on another PC try a different monitor cable (assuming it is not hardwired in)
4.Test a functioning monitor from another PC to be sure the video card works.
5. If the monitor works on another PC, but a different monitor does not work either, the video card is bad, replace it, or add in a new one.
Problem with data cord
Change the data cord if not repaired then change the monitor ,give another companies monitor
Monitor
I was trying to change the resolution on my monitor and accidently hit a button saying 'Extend screen.
Monitor keeps blank even the power lLED is on green
I suspect the problem is with the monitor itself. I have had the same problem. I reported it to Dell and they sent me a new monitor within a few days the problem resurfaced again on the new monitor. They have since sent me a new monitor and the problem has disappeared.
The Dell customer service people sounded rather cagy to me when I suggested that this was a problem endemic to this model. The replacement monitor that I have had a sticker on the box that read "refurbished". This is a rather new model of monitor to already be into selling "refurbished" models.
If you are still under warranty I suggest you call them. And even if you aren't, call them anyway. I sense that they know about this problem.
Crt not working
i have a really old monitor that does the same thing. give it a good whack on the side.
How to disable theft mode on monitor philips? 276E 4K
The theft deterrence option is available from the SmartControl software that runs on a Windows PC connected to the 276E monitor. See
https://www.usa.philips.com/c-p/276E8VJSB_27/4k-ultra-hd-lcd-monitor/support . Scroll down to the Software & drivers section. Then unzip the file to install it.
Inside the software, the theft deterrence item is under the Options section of the menu. Since a PIN is needed to enable or disable the "feature". It seems unlikely to be enabled accidentally. Did someone else use the monitor for a while? Are you using a different computer with the Philips 276E?
I hope this helps.

Image flashes for one second on screen then goes away
There could be a few different issues that could cause the behavior you're describing. Here are a few possibilities:
HDMI connection issue: Make sure the HDMI cable is properly connected to both the TV and the laptop. If you're using a HDMI splitter or HDMI switch, make sure those are also properly connected.
HDMI port issue: If you've tried multiple HDMI cables and still have the issue, there could be an issue with the HDMI port on the TV or laptop. You could try a different HDMI port on the TV or laptop, or use a different device to see if the issue persists.
Display settings: Make sure the display settings on the laptop are set to display on the external monitor (the TV in this case). If the laptop is set to display on the built-in monitor, it may cause the display to flash on and off.
Hardware issue: If none of the above solutions help, there could be a hardware issue with the TV or laptop. It's possible that the display controller or other hardware component is faulty and causing the display to flash on and off. In this case, it may be necessary to have the device repaired or replaced.
I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
