it may have menu lock, unplug from wall and leave off for 3 to 4 hours, plug back in after this time and press menu button on remote and power power first and straight afterwards press the menu button.

Same problem OSD main controls locked the 5 seconds later OSD main controls unlocked then system closes down sayingproblem with atkdisp, what does all this mean? Can still operate my computer but thid damned flashing OSD message continues.

1. Hold "Menu" Button for 10 to 15 seconds
2. "LOCK/UnLOCK" should appear on the screen
3. Select Unlock

Hold the "OK" button for about 20 seconds

It will initialy come up with the message "OSD Locked" and then after the 20 seconds a ne message will appear "OSD Unlocked"

Push the MENU button for 10~15 seconds to lock/unlock the control panel.
Blue tint problem: look at all the pins of the video cable and make sure they are seated peoperly.

I asked helpdesk Philips.They think the monitor should be sent to them for repair.If I send it. Sending, investigation and repair costs are more than a new one!Actually nothing is broken, perfect view, and only the F**!ing massage appears every few seconds.IS THE 2nd Philips monitor which broke down within two years. First one even inside guarantee limits.MY SOLUTIONS:1st: Stick a little Pin next to the button so it will stick. The Message keeps away!!! (Not a final, but a lot cheaper than send it over)2nd: Never buy a Philips again.

press and keep pressed the menu button upto 10-20seconds or untill the unlocked massege will appear pf persist then press keep pressed the ok button untill unlocked messege will appear

Did you try pushing the MENU button for 10~15 seconds to lock/unlock the control panel yet?
