Hi rovimae, its very easy to find and download most of the drivers from the internet these days. If you know the manufacturer of your sound card and the sound card model please try to search for drivers on the manufacturer's website first. Otherwise you always can go to google.com or yahoo.com and type in the model number and it may link you with the sites to download your drivers. Also make sure that you download the correct version of your drivers. Most of the drivers got different versions to support different operating systems.

Shutdown the computer and remove the power cord from the power supply.
Remove the card and check it for any physical damage. Something may have shorted out when you "jammed the jack" into it.

If there is nothing obviously wrong with the card, then reinsert it back into the slot fully, put the holding screw back in place and boot the computer back up.

It should find the drivers automatically (since it was previously installed)

If it dosn't, then shutdown again, move the card to another spare PCI slot and tray again.
Failing that, goto Creatives website. There is an option in the support section to allow Creatives webpage to scan your computer for drivers that you need automatically.

download the driver of SB Audigy cad from a website of the manufacturer so that you can fixed the problem. See if it is under warranty for you to return it. Contact service technician of that particular supplier....

It is hard to say. It seems Creative no longer supports the Audigy 5.1 card, however if the sound card is in your system Creative does have a site that Auto updates your card. It's worth the try.

The Audigy 2 Value seems to be the next generation software which includes the audigy 5.1
