Sounds like a faulty sensor in the rinse aid compartment. You could try putting warm water in to displace the rinse aid. This might help to free up the sensor if it is either stuck or blocked with residue. You might need to do this several times over a few hours before you notice any change. Don't put boiling water in though, this could destroy the seal

F24 is a lack of signal from the heater relay. At the start of a cycle the dishwasher runs the drain pump for 30 seconds. it will, at the same time send a power signal to the heater relay. if the computer doesnt see a signal back from the relay, it will stop the cycle and beep. Sometimes this happens almost as soon as you press the start button. Sometimes the relays are just bad, but it is usually caused by a voltage spike, or by using too much detergent. the excess detergent will oversuds the machine, and leak into the base pan. The relay is located in the base area so you will need to disconnect it from electric, drain and water supply and tip it backwards. Then remove the base and you should be able to find it - have towels to hand just incase there is a lot of water in the base - this is very important take pictures as you go along as diagrams for Miele products are almost impossible to get

Mine had a low drone when the power was on and the door was closed as if it was mid-cycle. Start/Stop would let you select different cycles but they would all result in the Drain/Inlet light flashing after a minute and the drone continuing. I put 3L of water in it and power cycled - it drained that without issue. The water inlet wasn't blocked so I removed the base plate to find a tiny amount of water - possibly from tipping it up? Anyway, I found the polystyrene float and mcroswitch, cleaned them reinstalled. No more droning noise and everything seems to be fine now. I will check for water in a couple of days just in case there was a leak. It does appear that the float/switch put it in a flood/drain mode. I've also extended the feet slightly in case the uneven floor accentuated the issue as the float is very close to the base pan
