Check magneto kill shunt is open to Battery negative. This requires the Neutral/Start relay is energized. N/S relay energized requires the ignition switch is in RUN or START position and transmission neutral switch is closed (neutral).

check and test the fuse holder tendency to damage and ign switch

More likely insufficient fuel flow or fouled carburetor. If it has separate choke and throttle control, try giving it a little choke. If it then accelerates, the ani-afterfire solenoid is not the problem and the carburetor needs cleaned

Available wiring diagram shows a VT/WT wire feeding the control side of the solenoid that is grounded to frame. To test the solenoid connect the VT/ WT wire side of solenoid to battery positive with a fused jumper. If the engine cranks then follow the WT/VT back through the safety circuits. If the engine doesn't crank then the problem is localized to solenoid and ground.

Likely it's only running on one cylinder.

The carburetor inlet needle valve is not closing. Could be debris in fuel, bad float, stuck float.

The fuel solenoid prevents afterfire by blocking fuel from the main jet, it does not shut off fuel into the carburetor bowl.

cranks fast ok , stater not dead. right? blew a fuse spark dead due to 4 or more safety switches trippeed. fuel filter, packed up, wrong fuel (diesel put in) carb packed up.

check and inspect wiring harness and components ----use multi meter to search for shorts

Kawasaki FD731VThe ignition modules (coil) are mirrored and specific to cylinder (different part numbers) and will fire only when magnetic field polarity is correct. Choose one coil and flip it over. The plug wire may be short to reach but it's just temporary for testing. If now spark and plug wire is short, then you have it mounted at the wrong cylinder.If still no spark then it's possible the coil is bad. Repeat same test on the other cylinder. Comment for further assistance.

Not sure about the clutch.

If PTO continues to operate then it's warning that PTO speed exceeded 620 rpm.

If PTO shuts off, then its an operator not in seat detected.

Clutch may also be seat related.

Take it back. It sounds like the pulleys are out of line. If its new that is their problem.
