for modem -sp33442, for audio-sp35270, for sm bus controller-sp36492, for quick lounch sp38171, for UAA sp32395, for webcam sp37849, download all drivers and install it.

and install drivers follow these steps:

Open device manager and right-click on Audio device on High definition Audio Bus.
Select Install from a list of specific location (Advanced) Click Next
Select Don’t Search. I will choose the driver to install.
Select Sound, Game & video controller from the list of Hardware type
Click on Have Disk
Click on Browse and navigate to C:\swsetup\sp35270 and click on .ini file OK
Click Next
It will give you an update driver warning message. Click on yes.

If it boots up ..and shows at least some devices being detected..or at least the logo screen ..it means it is ok ..and will work if you make some adjustments ..but if nothing is on screen it may be tricky ..firs check the ram memory to eliminate the possibility that some ram unit cause the boot fail ..If you have more than one use one at the time and see which one will boot up and which one will fail ..(they are located in the back ..remove the cover and you will see them ..If this isn't the issue ..it can be a case where the Hard disk is not seen ..so it can not load the operation system ..and this can only be caused by the AHCI mode being selected...and the lack of drivers to run it ..The fix in this case it is either reinstall the OS and use the raid or ahci drivers as a 3rd party ...or just go to BIOS settings by pressing F10 ...locate under the advance settings the hard disk ..and under its settings ..you have to disable the AHCI feature..and select to run sata as ide..or ide compatible ..something like that ..(the feature may be slightly different named ) ..after making the changes..just press F 10 to save the settings ..and enter to confirm and exit ..If this was the issue in this point your computer will boot up if it has a functional operation system on it ..Another issue may be the lack of a operation system ..if the hard disk failed in the past ....or ..if nothing is shown on the screen at all ..when it boots up ..and the shut down is almost immediate ..it may be the cpu to blame ...usually when the ram memory is faulty it will restart a few times..or make a strange beep noice ..but if it is the cpu ..will start the fan ..and the power is indicated..but nothing boots up on screen ..Good luck !

It sounds to me like a damaged windows..and the right way to fix is to reinstall the operation system ...This can be done using the recovery partition (in case you have one ) or a recovery disk if it came with such a disk ...or ..use a boot-able disk with the operation system ...and reinstall it clean ..from scratch ..To do that make sure you first save all important files (media pictures ...etc ) and move them on disks..or at least in other partition ..not C drive ..cause usually this partition is deleted and formatted during the installation .make sure you store on a disk or a memory device ...all drivers for your notebook ..(for the operation system you will use) ..The drivers are available on the support site ..in case you do not have them ..but the issue is you will not be able to connect to the internet without the network drivers..., so , you have to have them after finishing the installation ..if you do not want to reinstall ..you can try a fix...by engaging the system restore feature..This is a application ..capable to restore your computer to an earlier date ..It is located on start ../system tools/system restore..Once engaged..you have to choose to restore it ..than it will show a calendar and you will have to pick a highlighted date ...but one that you are sure your computer was functional ..and set proper..If this works it has a chance to restore it and be usable ...but the downpoint for this is that you will not eliminate the cause...and if it is a bug ..and not a setting error ..this will came back in a few days or so ..but if you do not manage to install it from scratch ..I believe it is worth giving this a try ...Maybe ...it is nt a virus but just a mess up ..and this will fix it enough to make it usable..have a nice day ..and good-luck !
