If you have the disk it may be as easy just to uninstall and go through the install process again i know some printers not sure on your specifically have more then one install disk and only certain languages on each disk

Hi,Turn printer off and on.Check to see if there is a print queue and then load the papers to end the printing.Try also turning the printer off and unplugging it from power and restarting your PC.Plug printer back and connect with the PC and then turn them on.You can also check for paper jams in the paper paths and manually remove any stuck papers.Run a print test by:

• Press setup on the printer menu
• press 1 and then press 4
• Press start color/start black.
• Your officejet now runs a print test.

Hi, For this problem Clean the printing head 2-3 times and check the nozzles. Check also the cartridge ink level. Or you have to replace the print head.

If both of both of the cartridge has dried up, I suggest you replace them both to prevent further problems to your printer. If you are planning to print just black from your printer, It is still advisable to use a working color cartridge as a clogged one can cause cartridge detection problems which may result to further printing issues.
