Unplug from power source and from power supply and remove a small philips screw driver the screw holding the power supply pack in rear of printer. Examine power supply for cracks, reinstall and try againg.
You may need to replace power supply unit.

There are a couple of things you can do. The simplest is to scrape as much of the waste ink cake of the sponges with a blade or spoon. Wrap it in plenty of paper and put it carefully in the rubbish/trash bin. The more complex method is to disassemble the machine so you can remove the cleaning station assembly. If you can do that, all you need do is take the cover off the waste assembly and take out the sponges. scrape off the bulk of the waste ink and then wash the sponges. Lots of hot water and RUBBER GLOVES. Clean them, dry them, replace them and put it all back together. You will need to get a long stem small star drive screwdriver to take everything apart.

I have an HP 9800 Deskjet that I print heavier self stick vinyl paper. The print comes out wavy. Lines aren't strait and images get blurred. Seems like the rollers might be worn causing it not to pull paper in right and centered.

Hi Jennifer, Inconvenience regretted, let me see what can I do for you. It looks the firewall rules on your computer Computer might be restricting the access of the printer. I suggest to configure the Firewall on your computer and give full access to the Printer and its software. Since it is a Wireless Network, it might be possible that firewall might be blocking it.
