The printer pulls the paper in towards the right

This is most likely from bent paper. A lot of inkjet printers are really finicky about bent (even just curved) paper.

Make sure your paper is stored flat.
Fan your paper, then restack it prior to inserting the stack into your printer paper bay.
Make sure the paper guide (small moveable bracket) is set to the proper paper width.
Use decent quality paper.
Make sure you keep several sheets in at a time, I've noticed that paper crumples more frequently when it's one of the last sheets in the tray.

Following these tips will hopefully offer you the best outcome. Hope this helps!

Unable to carry out print command

Issue : Desk jet 5150 Not printing
Environment :
OS - Not provided
Printer : Deskjet 5150

Solution :
There could be 2 reasons for your problem

check the following links
Solution 1 fig are available
Step 1: Press the Resume button
Press the Resume button. Wait for approximately one minute and then print a self-test by pressing and holding the Power button and pressing the Resume button four times. Release the Power button. The self-test page should print. If the carriage is still stuck, go to the next step.
Step 2: Power cycle the printer
Turn the power off and back on, following these instructions:

1. Turn off the printer by pressing and releasing the Power button. If it will not turn off, proceed to Step 3. If it does turn off, proceed to the next step.
2. Turn on the printer.
3. If the Power light is on steady, print a self test with the instructions above in Step 1.
Step 3: Clear the paper path
Reset the printer and clear the paper path of any paper that may be jammed in it, using the following instructions:
1. Leave the printer turned on and disconnect the power cable and the USB or parallel cable from the back of the printer. Do not reconnect them until instructed later.
2. Remove the paper from the in-tray.
3. Remove the rear access door or duplexer (if installed) from the back of the printer.
Figure 4: Removing the rear access door
4. Open the top cover of the printer.
5. Check for and remove any paper still in the printer. A paper jam could cause the error message and the carriage stall.
6. Replace the rear access door, close the top cover, and replace the paper in the in-tray.
7. Reconnect only the power cable. If the printer does not automatically turn on, turn it on with the Power button.
NOTE: The printer may go through a warm-up period of up to two minutes. Lights may flash and the carriage may move. Wait until this warm-up period is complete before going to the next step.
8. If the Power light is on steady, do an internal test as described in Step 1 above.
If the carriage is still in a stalled position, contact HP Technical support to have the printer serviced.

I have 5150 it has full black cartridge not much

Your description of the problem means that in your word processor you have specified color printing. Here you must change it to B&W. Then it will print black. Also do the same in Print manager.

I have an HP Deskjet 5150 printer. It is set as

You didn't say which operating system you are using. This is a fix for Windows XP, which if you are running, may work for you.

Go to My Computer, right click & select Properties. Choose the Advanced panel. Click the first Settings button, in the Performance Section. Choose the Data Execution Prevention panel. Choose the first radio button, "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only", not the second one "Turn on DEP for all ...."
If that doesn't solve it, give us a comment and we can work on it further. Good luck!

HP 5150 REPLACED BOTH CARTRIDGES LIGHT STILL

Are you using a factory new ink cartridge?
Please consider the following:
If you are using a refilled or third party cartridge that may well be your problem. Most manufacturers build logic into their products to prevent the use of “Other Equipment Manufactured” cartridges as well as re-filled cartridges.
They do this to prevent problems from contaminated inks causing problems with print quality or damaging the physical printhead.
If you are using factory new cartridges, then please call the manufacturers Technical Support for assistance with the warranty on the cartridges
