Just we need to know about your printer Brand & model.Because some model printer have not support duplex printing.Duplex printing printer is very good canon lbp 3300 and hp Laserjet p2250d.Please check it and reply soon.

Maybe if you hold down the cycle button and let it run through a "test cycle" to receive a printer data sheet it might clear the internal buffer or whatever you call that short term memory these printers have. Let us know. JP

When sending document to my HP LaserJet P1505, the engine scanner error message

You need to install the drivers for it your computer sees the device but it has some generic driver for it. Go to the hp website and get the proper drivers then go to settings and tell the pc to install new drivers it will say those are the best then tell it to use yours browse to your download folder and tell the computer to use the ones you downloaded and it should work fine. Sorry for generic answer but with out more info i cant answer specifics. Like what kind of operating system does the tablet have and how is it connected to the printer example usb wifi bluetooth IR...

on the HP support website find the exact or generic PCL5 or 6 driver and install it.Windows 7, 8 and 10 should be able to auto install the PCL generic printing driver. Regards, Mike

You will regret it if you attempt this. Although this is a small cartridge, it is difficult to remanufacture correctly.

Unplug for 2 minutes & try it again. Reboot computer with printer on before trying to use. Still won't work send it for service.
