Printer does not turn on
Change the power lead, the fuse could have blown or the lead could be broken. Also check everything is plugged in properly and turned on at the wall.
I just refilled a 97
The only thing you can try now is
# and 9
Thoguh this will lead to losing all the numbers saved and IP address if you have in your printer
After I enter the fax
Awesome. Well, if you fixed the problem, why not post the solution? Don't get upset, There is very little context given here and one can never presume the knowledge of the user. It's quite possible that the phone jack wasn't working, even though everything on the setup of the printer looked correct. I hope you understand where I'm coming from and look forward to your solution. We're just trying to help each other with technology issues. Thanks for sharing.
Vertical lines are not smooth, they are jagged.
You can align the print cartridges at any time from the control panel or by using the HP Image Zone software on your computer. Aligning the print cartridges ensures high-quality output.
Note: If you remove and reinstall the same print cartridge, the HP all-in-one will not prompt you to align the print cartridges. The HP all-in-one remembers the alignment values for that print cartridge, so you do not need to realign the print cartridges. To align the cartridges from the control panel:
- Load letter or A4 unused plain white paper into the input tray.
- Press Setup.
- Press 6, then press 2.
- This displays the Tools menu and then selects Align Print Cartridge.
- The HP all-in-one prints a print cartridge alignment sheet and aligns the print cartridges.

OfficeJet 7410 All-In-One InkJet Printer turns on
Hi there maximum time we found it is a the head problem. The print head is what the cartridges sit in inside of the printer. For resolve the problem please follow these.
Open the printer and wait for the carriage to slide over. Some how if its not come then Unplug the printer & Manually slide the carriage.
Now Remove the ink cartridges from the print head & Use wet warm cotton swab or use alcohol to thoroughly clean the print head.
Repeat this until there is no ink residue coming off on the cotton swab. After finished it make the head dry then fix it back. Now Try to print something now
If that does not work then follow the next step.
Remove the printer data cable & restart the PC & printer. Then fit back the data cable & turn on the printer. Hope that's start working , if no luck then Uninstall the printer driver & restart the PC & Printer both again. Now install the driver of the printer and connect it with PC ,Turn on printer & go for a test print from the printer preference. Thanks & waiting for your reply.
INSTALLED THE DRIVERS ON A NEW PC RUNNING 64 BIT
Just to give you a simple advice since that right now all of the people are trying to use
ALL-IN-ONE and if I'am not mistaken the service that you are using for the fax is also all-in-one, (Internet, TV and phone and this signal is what you call "DIGITAL") but just to tell you what, all of the fax machines are designed to connect with a "Analog" signal (which the fax is directly connected to a wall jack) so some of you guys are using a
FILTER to convert the signal from digital to analog
So the theory is "
It may or It may not work!" Yes at the first time theirs a possibility that you got it working, but sooner or later it will not work.
But you can try this steps to make it work.
- Press the wrench/setup button.
- Go to tools menu, then press ok.
- Look for advance fax setup, then press ok.
- Look for ECM/Error Correction Mode.
- If it is turned off, turn it on.. then if it is turned on, turn it off.
Good Luck :)
